U-Tapao Royal Thai Navy Air Base is located on the Gulf of Siam approximately 100 kilometers south of the capital city of
Bangkok. I was assigned to the 307th Field Maintenance Squadron from January 1972 until January 1973. During that time
I worked as an aircraft electrician on the B-52D and KC-135 aircraft.
